Twist is a chef owned and operated craft restaurant in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado. Chef Randy is a passionate culinary professional that has lived in Breckenridge for over 25 years. Randy grew up in a small coastal town in rural Connecticut where farm to table was part of every day life. Family dinner consisted much of what they grew in their garden and harvested from the sea. Twists’ menu is an eclectic mix of Randy’s east coast roots and his international travels incorporating as many local ingredients as possible with an emphasis on fish and game.
Twist is set in a historic building on the corner of Ridge and Washington with amazing views of the Ten Mile Range. Most recently before the building was converted to the restaurant you see now, it was a private home. Randy and the team invite you to join them for a welcoming meal with delicious food, service that makes you feel at home and leaves you with lasting memories of the Colorado Rockies.
